Validation and Standardization of in vitro cell based assays based on the cell imaging in compliance with the clinical set-up

The workshop explores the cell imaging techniques in compliance with the standardization of in-vitro cell-based assays crucial for determining the cell function and pathological changes in diseased condition. Cells imaging of diverse types will be performed during the session, including skeletal muscles, adipocytes, tumour cells, and membrane receptors to study their structural and domain loci and changes in an in-vitro set-up. Moreover, the deployment of in-vitro cell based assays and the standardzation in accordance with the cell imaging inference will be discussed and studied in an in-vitro set-up with the guidance of the expertise.
